Richie is our enthusiastic recruiter who comes with a post-graduate diploma in management focussed in HR.
He started his career as a talent assessor in Bengaluru. There he made a positive impact on 85 positions in a period of eight months. He was mainly involved in handling clients from both the automotive and technology industry.
Richie’s role was not limited to talent acquisition but extended to devising fool-proof hiring strategies at his previous organization.
Currently, Richies works as our recruiter and marketing executive.
Along with end-to-end recruitment, he also sources prospective leads and contacts them through emails/calls to discuss what LiteBreeze can provide them. He works at the forefront of our business development efforts.
