Christmas celebrations 2017
Concluding each year with celebrations is essential within our LiteBreeze family, as it is with 2017. Therefore, Christmas was celebrated grandly at our office recently.
The merriment kicked off with a splendid lunch with the LiteBreeze family to enjoy the sense of togetherness, which is integral to Christmas.
Post a sumptuous lunch our MD David Claesson and his lovely wife Lisa Claesson performed Christmas carols which sounded melodious especially as they were the classics in English, German and Swedish.
Everyone at Litebreeze was taken back to their childhoods on seeing a magnificent cake, which was cut and shared by all to celebrate the joy of Christmas.
One of the main reasons exchange of gifts plays a vital role in Christmas is to remind us of the presents that were given to Jesus by the three wise men.
Keeping with tradition we also exchanged gifts whilst playing the secret santa game, where the individual would be made aware to whom they have to give a present but would not know from whom a present would be received.
To top it all we were given a tasting of Lisa’s home made mulled wine (glühwein). A beverage usually made with red wine along with various mulling spices and sometimes raisins. It is served hot or warm and was enjoyed by everyone equally. It is a traditional drink in most parts of Europe during winter, especially around Christmas.
The entire team had a blast and the joy of the Christmas season was evident as we wrapped up the day. 2017 has been a great year for us at LiteBreeze and we look forward to welcome 2018 with anticipation!
